Install Supportson on Wix
Install via Wix Custom Code settings
Add Supportson to your Wix site through the built-in Custom Code feature. No coding knowledge required. The widget appears on every page of your Wix site.
Your widget embed code
Replace YOUR_AGENT_ID with your actual Agent ID from the Supportson dashboard.

Copy your widget script
Log in to your Supportson dashboard, go to Settings, and copy your widget embed code.

In your Wix dashboard, go to Settings > Custom Code (under Advanced). Click "+ Add Code".
Paste the script
Paste your Supportson widget code into the code input field.
Configure placement
Set "Place Code in" to Body - End. Under "Add Code to Pages", select "All pages". Give it a name like "Supportson Widget".
Apply and publish
Click "Apply". Then publish your site for the changes to go live. The widget will appear on all pages.
Verify the installation
Visit your published Wix site. The chat bubble should appear in the bottom-right corner.
Verify Your Installation
- Open your website in a browser (use an incognito window to avoid caching issues).
- Look for the Supportson chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Click the bubble to open the chat widget and send a test message.
- Check your Supportson dashboard — the conversation should appear in real time.
Not seeing the widget? Make sure you replaced YOUR_AGENT_ID with your actual Agent ID, and that the script tag is placed before the closing </body> tag.
