Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Supportson platform and services provided by Supportson AB ("Supportson", "we", "us"), a company registered in Sweden.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Supportson on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Supportson provides a customer support platform that includes AI-powered chat, voice and video calling, screen sharing, knowledge base management, and multi-channel integrations. The service is provided as-is and we continuously improve and update features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the service or other users' experience
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission
• Use the service to collect data without proper consent from end users

5. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in SEK and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly plans end at the current billing period. Annual plans may be refunded on a prorated basis within the first 30 days.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or generate through Supportson, including conversation content, knowledge base articles, and customer data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the service. We will never sell your data to third parties.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our AI agent generates responses based on your knowledge base and website content. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI interactions with your customers.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supportson's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide you with an opportunity to export your data. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in activities harmful to other users or our infrastructure.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
