A conversation is a complete chat session with a visitor. If the same visitor returns later, that counts as a new conversation.
How do agent seats work?
Aloha includes 1 agent. Mahalo supports up to 2. Ohana up to 10. Big Kahuna unlimited.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. Annual plans offer a discount.
What payment methods do you accept?
