Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is a complete chat session with a visitor. If the same visitor returns later, that counts as a new conversation. AI conversations and human conversations both count.
How do agent seats work?
Aloha includes 1 agent. Mahalo supports up to 2 agents (human or AI). When you need 3 or more, Ohana kicks in with up to 10. Big Kahuna offers unlimited agents. Both human support agents and AI agents count toward your limit.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. Annual plans offer a discount but you can still cancel and get a prorated refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Big Kahuna plans can pay by invoice.
